Customized Products – No Refund / No Return Policy

At GiftsZania, most of our products — including trophies, medals, mementos, corporate gifts, ID cards, and personalized items — are fully customized before dispatch. Once a product is printed or engraved with a name, logo, or custom design, it holds no resale value.

Therefore, refunds, replacements, or returns are not applicable on customized orders under any circumstances.

We urge all customers to double-check spellings, logos, artwork, sizes, and design approvals before confirming the order. Once production begins, changes cannot be made.

Non-Customized Products

Only standard, non-personalized products may be considered for return/exchange in rare cases, such as:

✔ Damaged product received
✔ Wrong product delivered
✔ Manufacturing defect

To be eligible:

  • You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery with clear product photos/videos

  • Packaging, product condition & labels must be intact

Our support team will review the request and assist further.

Order Cancellation

Orders that include any form of customization cannot be cancelled once design approval is received.

For standard products, cancellation is possible only if the order is not processed or dispatched.
