Customized Orders

Most of our products are custom-made based on customer-provided personalization, logos, names, or artwork.

  • No order changes after design approval

  • Custom orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production starts

  • Personalized items are not eligible for refund or exchange

Customers must verify all details before confirming the design.

Order Confirmation

An order is considered confirmed only when:

  • Full payment is made, and

  • Design/Artwork is approved by the customer

We reserve the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen issues with availability or technical constraints.

Pricing & Taxes

All product prices displayed include applicable taxes unless otherwise mentioned.

GST is charged as per government guidelines and GST-compliant invoices are provided.

Prices may change anytime without prior notice.

 Shipping & Delivery

We ship orders across India through trusted courier partners.

Delivery timelines mentioned on product pages are approximate and may vary due to logistical delays or regional restrictions.

If delivery fails due to incorrect address or recipient unavailability, re-delivery charges may apply.

 Artwork, Graphics & Intellectual Property

Customers must ensure they have full rights to use any:

  • Logos

  • Brand names

  • Images

  • Copyrighted artwork

GiftsZania is not responsible for copyright violations arising from customer-provided content.

Final layouts/designs may slightly vary due to printing and manufacturing limitations.

Damages or Defects

If a product arrives damaged:

  • Notify us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Provide unboxing video + clear images

We will assess and resolve the issue as per our Shipping Policy.

Cancellation Policy

Only non-customized orders can be cancelled before production/packing begins.

Cancellation requests must be raised immediately through our support team.

Refunds (if applicable) are issued through the original payment mode only.

Website Accuracy

We try to ensure product descriptions, colors, sizes, and details are accurate.

However, minor variations may occur due to screen/printing differences — this will not be considered a defect.

 Limitation of Liability

GiftsZania is not liable for:

  • Delays caused by courier partners

  • Losses due to incorrect user details

  • Damage caused after delivery

  • Misuse of personalized products

Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the purchased product.
